3 way refrigerator fan switch

I know the fan should be on during propane operation but what about shore power and battery operation?

thanks

Yes, it should be on. It moves the hot air under the countertop to the outside. Without it running, the Norcold fan on the left side of the fridge runs a lot, and the Norcold fan is louder and less energy efficient than the nüCamp after market fan.

Also, I’ve you don’t use the aftermarket fan, do not leave butter or chocolate on the countertop....unless you want it melted!  Some said plastic bread wrapper bags melted on the countertop, also.
