Help! SF Bay Area Special education teacher seeking quiet and secure travel trailer parking

40 something female, and an Oakland native who is an Oakland Unified School District special education autism paraprofessional seeks suitable travel trailer parking for a nuCamp T@B 400 which is fully self contained. She is a mature, responsible, easy going professional that would like a nice quiet secure spot to stay in about half the week and store it there the rest of the time. Looking to spend $50 to $100 depending if any utilities are available. Perhaps someone needs a caretaker for property, a house sitter to keep an eye on things. Please help keep a teacher in the Bay Area!
