Learning how to use this forum

I have been reading some of the comments and I have noticed that some people have pictures of the United States.  Looks like they have colored in the states they have camped in.  How do I find out how to add that to my page?

We used this site,but I know there are others. I think they’re threads about 5his in the Help-Computer and systems category on the left side of the page.https://visitedstatesmap.com/
