Twin to Full Bed?

Hey y'all... I've been trying to get used to a the single bed (cushion back down full time) and I'm still horribly uncomfortable; even with a 3" gel memory foam topper AND a 3" natural latex topper. My 320s can pull out to a king (WAY too big) so I'm wondering if anyone has modded their T@B for a FULL size bed (WITHOUT those bloody slats)? I have a pup who INSISTS on sleeping with me despite the memory foam bed I made for her!!! (we have a queen size latex mattress at home) Ideas or experiences on how to accomplish this is GREATLY appreciated!
