Basement Hatch Dimensions

If anyone has their TAB400 easy to hand I would appreciate it if you would give me the dimensions of the basement hatch.  Just the opening hatch not the entire basement.  I have a really nice Craftsman toolbox which would serve well for containing much the the "stuff" that needs to be stored somewhere, but I am thinking it might be too tall to fit through the hatch.  Probably another great plan, shot in the rump by reality!

9" tall 24-1/4" wide but with the battery box immediately inside 20" wide maybe 21" if you go diagonal with your gear
