how long do i have to wait to have hot water after boiler is filled? 2018 CS-S

I used the search feature and could not find a response about timing. 

also if i will not be using the T@B for while  how do i drain the water out of this hot water tank  so it does not sit in the  boiler tank. ( i don't need to winterize as i live in CA)

After you fill the tank and turn on the Alde, give it at least 30 minutes.  

To drain the Alde hot water tank, raise the tongue via the jack, open the Alde Safety/Pressure Relief valve (yellow flapper valve), and it may help to crack open a faucet, too.
