Big Trailer, Little Car!!

Beyond the obvious mis-loading issue I've never seen any trailer with the wheels so far aft.  The usual rule of thumb is that the axle should be no farther aft of the ball than 3/5ths of the distance from the ball to the tail of the trailer.  I don't know what he is carrying but judging from the way the frame is bowed and the way the tail of the the car is sagging it must be substantial.  I know the whole rig moves because I saw it travel the length of the parking lot before he parked.
