exterior window shades

I've seen many pics of T@B 320s with exterior window shades/coverings.  Used to block hot harsh sun. Can be used with window open. But no thread here yet?  Do any of you have these shades, and if so, where did you get them? and how to attach?  thx

Got my awnings this past Sat.  They are well made, high quality exterior material, and a glowing floral pattern which enhances the trailer colors.
