Yakima Roof rack - Load Warrior or Mega Warrior??

We have been looking at the Load Warrior's (44x39x6.5) so we can move our spare tire to the outside rack.  But someone local has a new Mega Warrior (52x48x6.5) for sale and it is a good deal.  Is that going to look too large?

    I've been thinking of getting a long rack and turning it "sideways" so it doesn't stick up so high.  The Load Warrior always looked a little small to me anyway.  Something about 60" long would be about perfect for turning sideways.
    So, maybe get it and turn it?
