Tekonsha - Great Service

On our last trip I noticed we could see the internal wires in the black cable that runs from our four year old Prodigy RF unit on the trailer to the TV. I emailed the company asking if I could buy a new cable because it looks like it just screws onto the unit. I was told that was not possible and to send them proof of purchase and they would give me a case number and mail me a new one.

Last Wednesday afternoon, April 24, I shipped the old unit via USPS. Tracking showed that they received it Friday afternoon at 3:36 p.m. I received my new unit today, Monday, April 29. Thank you, Tekonsha, for great customer service.

We had similar good customer service with Tekonsha.  While on a trip out west last year our hand controller failed.  They sent us a new one that arrived at our next campground!
