No luck signing in with Google or Facebook.

Apparently the links are broken for those options. Also the email I got when requesting to reset my password had no link there. These several glitches need attention. I’m locked out except for on my iPhone which remembers my password.

@melpeter, the Vanilla platform changed the url to https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com a while ago.  It used to be “vanillaforums”.  You may need to reset the url that is automatically entered.  Do you need your login info?

Thanks Sharon. On my laptop I went to the usual URL (https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/discussion/8877/no-luck-signing-in-with-google-or-facebook#latest) but it asked me to sign in. Of course I don’t remember my login info, having given that job to my iPhone and laptop. My attempt to reset password got me the email with no link. So yes I guess I need my login info.

I found a way to reveal my login info on my browser. What a pain but I noted it and I’m all set now to log in. Still, there are login and password reset glitches to address for someone who can troubleshoot these things.
