Ultimate Jack on a T@B 400?

Hi, has anyone installed the "Ultimate Jack" on a 400? I'm wondering about two things. First, my weight distribution hitch is so low to the ground that I dont have enough clearance to put on/take off the wheel and I'm forced to use only a foot plate.  Does this Jack retract further than the factory BAL Jack? Second, will the mounting plate clear the existing bolts on the trailer?
