2020 Tab 400 AC - Did yours come with a remote?

My wife and I just got back from our shakedown trip with our brand new Tab 400 and, being the nerds we are (or I am), I spent an hour going through all of the manuals that came with our new rig.  

I really enjoyed how the stabilizers came with a 30 page book while the Elwell AIR8 AC unit is a total of 3 pages.  However, in those 3 pages of the Air8 manual it says that a remote control should be included to enter setup on the touch panel.  There's also clearly an IR receiver on the touch panel.

Anybody with a 2020 Tab 400.  Did your AC unit come with a remote control?

Ours did not. Noticed that in the manual as well.

No remote either.  I do see that the Truma website notes that the Saphir Compact comes with a remote in Europe.

I found that the Everwell KT-618 universal AC remote controls the Air8 using remote code 5080.  There are cheeper universal remotes that cover code 5080 but the 618 has a backlit display and a wall mount.

Although an IR remote for the Air8 seems silly in such a small camper, I was motivated to get one working in order to train a Harmony Universal IR remote for internet based remote control.

The Harmony remote enables both voice, via Google Home, and internet control of at least the on/off function for the Air8. 
The Alde "EXT" control is great on a cold day to remotely turn on the heat in advance of arriving back at camp. I use relay 2 on the Victron Cerbo-GX to turn the Alde on and off remotly. 
With remote IR control of the Air8 we can now enjoy simular AC functionality on hot days.
