NorCold refer won't stay cold on LP

I've had the same issue. I was able to get in touch with the folks at Norcold and here's the answer.
It might originally get cold but if the orifice is dirty, has a cobweb or two, etc. then the flame will grow dimmer over a couple of days even though the green light is still on. You need to open the side vents and locate the burner. Unscrew the cover and clean off any schmutz. After that you should be cookin', or in this case chillin'. Enjoy

Did this require pulling the fridge out of the cabinet to get to the side vents? If so, did you encounter any difficulties with the and/or propane line?
