Door width and height (320 vs 400)

Is the door frame on a T@B 400 both taller and wider than a 320 or just taller?
Am toying with a mod design and curious if it will fit either door.
320 door is 2ft wide from outside edge of frame and just over 5ft tall at center.
2015 T@B Max S (White/Silver) -> 2014 Ford Escape 2.0L (turbo, AWD, factory tow)
