Is this Water Damage?

I can confirm that the alien bubbling that is int he original picture is caused by water damage. I have the exact same thins on a 2014 clamshell. I'm about to "go in" and do the big floor replacement, will take pictures as I go along.

This winter, I took the trailer into a local dealer, and they resealed the door area. Hopefully that prevents it from getting any worse.

Can you elaborate on the 5-year floor warranty? We are having the same issue on the floor under the back seat. Our trailer is 4.5 years old.
