It seems to have have gotten worse. There are no obvious issues with seals, but I’m not really sure what seam I should be looking at specifically.
Trailer is a 2016 320 CS-S.
I see there is a service bulletin post mentioning the area by the door, but it is not very descriptive at all.
Also, I could not find an appropriate sub forum for this post. Feel free to move it if I missed a section that is better suited.

I can't tell clearly by the photo, but is it starting to bubble throughout that general area?
If it is the top layer of the plywood it's still not a big deal, remove it, sand it and then seal it with an epoxy product.

Regardless, I’d send the pics to nuCamp and see if they have any suggestions.

From Scott Hubble - about the floor construction:
"they used to be (vapor barrier, plywood, linoleum) when Dutchmen made them...
when we (Little Guy) took over, we made the sidewalls and floors with aluminum frames & shot block insulation
So the (floor) layers are (from the bottom up): vapor barrier, 1/4" miranti or azdel, 1" aluminum framed floor with insulation/styro, 1/8" miranti or azdel and then linoleum.
we are very close to moving to a new 100% composite floor"
Per Verna May 2017:
"The floor is similar to the roof. Aluminum square struts spaced at regular intervals, with Azdel (non-wood composite) on top of and on the bottom of the insulation. The Azdel was used beginning with the 2016 models, with 1/8" plywood used in the flooring in the prior years. There is no aluminum in the flooring except for the aluminum struts."

A -1/8" Meranti (marine plywood) topped with linoleum
B -1/8" Adzel (polypro/fiberglass composite) topped with linoleum
I think you can determine this by inspecting the floor where it meets the wheel well under the bench seat. What's under the top linoleum layer?
Secondly, is that additional blistering starting to appear away from the sill?

Just curious - how is it you have such an illustrative cross section of the floor?

This is the other side of 2,3, and 4. Clearly a wood product that adheres to the black side of #5.

We have not used the water (shower, toilet, sink, water heater) during this first year learning how to use all the other features of the trailer. (We used a kitchen garbage bag with kitty litter for nighttime restroom needs.)
We sent the pictures to our dealer and NuCamp and the trailer is at NuCamp now for repairs. It's wonderful that there is a five year warranty on the floor in our trailers!
