Tab 400 Tail lights: How do you access for maintenance?

Nope. All the plastic shrouds look like they're stuck down with something. No visible fasteners.

No access from inside the trailer that I can see.

Not sure, but I believe the tail lights are glued in with a sealer type sealant. There is a series of screws on the bottom where it joins the belly. the bulk of the rear panel is glued on also. Might connect the Tech guy at NU Camp I think there are several that can and will answer your question.
