How long is the factory warranty on a new T@B?

How long is a factory warranty on a new T@B? My propane leak detector is beeping every 40 seconds. I just called the camper retailer and they told me I was out of factory warranty. We bought the camper in February of 2017. It's September 4th 2018. That's not even 2 years!

Will do. Dose any one know what the beep every 40 seconds means? It says it on the face but no explanation. The book is no better. I searched this and found people discussing it but no explanation for it.

As Photomom suggested, it is probably indicating low battery voltage. Did you try to reset it?

I tried to reset but no change. The battery cutoff switch was off for the last few months. The wife heard it a week ago and couldn't figure out what it was. I found it yesterday while prepping for an up coming camping trip. I cut the battery back on and I am going to go plug the camper up now to charge it. I'm hoping that will fix it.

What else could beep? The voltage is at 12.9. I hit the reset button while hearing the 5 sec beep we have been hearing and the it churped all the lights came on...... but the beep continued and is still happening. Lol

Low battery in the detector? Smoke alarms in a house wired to 110 have a battery and they beep when low even though you have 110. Could be same in the Tab.

Are you reporting voltage while plugged in? That will not be a resting voltage. What was the voltage before plugging in? If you did not check it, unplug now,, let it sit 30 min. Then check the voltage.

FOUND IT! I'm not hitting on all cylinders this morning. I looked for the smoke alarm earlier and couldn't find it. It is in the corner by the AC box. Anyway. Crisis averted. Lol new 9volt is all I need. I feel dumb now. Lol

That was the resting voltage. It 13.3 plugged in.
