When we picked up our new T@B, we didnt realize one of the connectors which holds the table on the wall was broken. Not wanting to head back to the dealership since in CO, dealerships take a lomg time to get campers foxed due to demand, i emailed nuCamp and asked if they would send the part and they did. It was in my mailbox a couple of days later. 

Great customer service!

    My wife and I met Elsie at the nüCamp factory yesterday after taking a tour there from a very nice gentleman named Mike. Elsie was kind enough to provide me with some handles and screws so that I could provide extra handholds on the interior of my T@B 400 for the safety of my mom and my wife while they are moving inside the trailer. I would have asked to take a photo with Elsie but she appeared Amish and I didn't want to offend by asking. But both Elsie and Mike are great representatives for nüCamp!
