From 2016 forward, the TaB flooring is made up of an aluminum grid with foam sandwiched by composite layers and covered with a heavy vinyl-like sheeting.  There is no wood.  Prior to this, there was wood in the flooring especially the older TaBs with 2 layers of plywood/veneer.
