UCamp 18 rally - ideas for next year!

Allison did an excellent job with this year’s rally! I’m posting this to get a few things documented while we can remember them! Perhap some attendees can help organizing activities next year, she shouldn’t have to do it all!

A campsite neighbor gave us a lovely small rock she had hand painted. Might be a fun group project for us crafty types!

Someone already mentioned a big map we could use to show where we all came from.

Campsite signs with site numbers, names, and forum names would help find folks you want to connect with.

I agree @ Photomom. The campsite names are especially important as many had their assigned sites changed...at least once.

I think that we could have 1 or 2 days of rotating workshops/presentations to include: solar, maintenance, use of the web for travel, new TaB owner essentials, etc.

I hope Allison sends out a request for feedback. There are a lot of good ideas out there.

Some of those could be panel discussions, there are T@B owners with lots of experience with various topics.

@Dalehelman loves to help others. He did get a break when he came to my new 400 and did the first mod on it! The tongue jack handle is removed and I have lots of room in the round cabinet under the sink.

@TerryV6, That's NOT just an occurrence at nuCamp! I agree with @Verna, Dale enjoys helping other folks. I've had the rare pleasure of seeing him taking a nap more than once however! From all of us you've helped, @Dalehelman, enjoy your naps, you've well deserved them!

Does anyone know the dates for the 2019 event? Some of us plan ahead due to another event we usually attend during that same time.

UCamp 2019 is scheduled 6/10 through 6/15.

Really? That's great news! We've been to the factory and Sugarcreek several times but have never been able to make the July dates. I just wrote the dates in my calendar!
