Power-All Portable power pack and jump starter

I got one of these (Power All Charger) for Christmas and this is truly an amazing product. My daughter accidentally left my car lights on on my Chevy Equinox for 4 hours and when I hooked this thing up to the car it started immediately, as if it was the actual car battery. Thanks to Verna for making me aware of this tiny power house in a box the size they use for soldering guns. This thing is worth its weight in gold, charges up USB devices, cell phones, computers, etc. and can jump start a car 20 times on one charge. It also has a built in flash light and goes with me everywhere I travel these days. This unit sells for about $100.....

There are different sizes. I purchased the largest genuine PowerAll at 16,000 mAh - fulfilled by Amazon. It comes with a charger for a wall outlet (110v) and for a cigarette lighter outlet (12v) as well as jumper cables and a carrying case.

I was sure to buy mine directly from "Fulfilled by Amazon". It was only a couple of dollars more than the other unauthorized resellers.

I gave one as a gift a few months ago, and it got rave reviews from the recipient. He was a bit of a doubter when he saw it, but it worked flawlessly when he needed it. I also went with the 16,000 mAh version.

Very nice piece of equipment, but as I said in another post, I don't mind lugging the old clunky one around in the back of my pickup because of the air compressor option it has. I've already used it once, not on my vehicle but to help out someone else.

This product is a great solution for jump starting an auto battery but does anyone know if it will safely recharge the deep cycle battery that most T@Bs use?

No, that's not the intent of these small battery jump-starter/charge units. The instructions specify that you are to remove the Power-All unit within 10 seconds after a vehicle starts as heating can occur. The maximum intent or use is in charging smaller batteries like smart phones, computers, etc. A deep cycle battery requires a more consistent rate of charging over time and the small PowerAll unit just does not have enough capacity to fulfill such a request and if anything, this would damage the smaller charge unit.
