T@B U vs S

I'm looking to buy a T@B and would really like to get the U. I talked to the factory CS rep John (who was wonderful by the way) and he said that 80% of the sales are the S floor plan. Would I be cutting my throat by buying a U for resale at anytime? Should I buy an "S" and use the bathroom for storage?
Then has anyone had trouble with the A/C on the floor in the U instead of on top with the S?

There are buyers who don’t need or want a bathroom. You can get the S and remove the toilet (like another member/seller) did and you will have a nice closet. I would cover the shower floor drain and/or keep the p-trap filled with water as you will still have the galley sink draining into the gray tank.

I love my Q model which is very similar to the U model
my wife and I did not want the bathroom but we really wanted a T@B
We prefer the extra space and never boon dock so there is always a bathroom near by

Just have to decide if you must have the bathroom

Check in the For Sale category on the left of the page-there's a 2012 Pleasant Valley without a bathroom in Pennsylvania but I didn't check for others without an S in the model name.
