Hello from Rochester, NY and what’s that purple tool?

Hi! We’re those people who owned a T@B 320 last season and just traded up for a 2018 T@B 400 It’s snowing here today, so we’re just dreaming of sunshine and our first adventure! On a random note - did anyone else get a purple 3/4” ratchet tool with their welcome kit? Thinking it’s to raise/lower the spare tire but wasn’t sure what else. Cheers!
