refridgerator door rubber seals

the black rubber seals around the refridgerator door came loose within a few months of purchase-I imagine because of the high heat-what kind of glue is safe to glue them back on with??

    Goop has been suggested, see:

    For mine super cleaned the rubber and channel, then pressed the rubber back into the channel (no glue) and it seems to be holding now.

    done that already but maybe I didn't clean it well enough-will try again-right now seems to come loose every time you open the door-remember it is very hot and humid here-temps got above 100 inside the trailer last summer

    If you use goop use it sparingly.  It won't take but a thin layer to hold the gasket on--once it has dried that is.

    Mine came off last year. I used RV Goop, just a dab on each corner. I didn't see any old adhesive and pressing it back into the slot didn't work for me. Hopefully the Goop holds this year.

    well I used the rv goop since I had some-we'll see if it holds-thanks

    We used gorilla glue and it has stayed in place

    gorilla glue was going to be my second choice-I have some so if the goop rv doesn't work I will try that

    so far so good-no problem on my June almost 3 week camping trip the rv goop held so far
