light bulb covers inside Tab 320S

Hello all---I guess this is where this should be posted. . . . I have ordered some of those gel films to tone down the shockingly bright white bulbs inside my 320S.  I found out how to remove the light cover on the main cabin ceiling light, but does anyone know how to remove the plastic cover on the kitchen counter light or the bathroom light?  Wayyy to bright fpr me!   Thanks for any tips!
