Remove label glue from my sink

it’s a minor problem but apparently there was once a label stuck to the side of my sink and the sticky glue won’t come off. I’m afraid acetone will damage the surface. Water with soap has no effect. Windex doesn’t either. Ideas?

    Use a hair dryer (carefully) and warm the residue up and that should help.

    TSP will work and not damage the finish.   Lots of uses around the house as well.

    I use "Goo Gone."  Works great!

    Simple vegetable oil will usually work on sticky label residue.

    Yep, we must've had that sticker glue on our sink for a year and a half before I had the nerve to use Goo Gone on it...
