Water pump filter cleaning.

Where is the "water pump filter " located in my used 2017, 320S , T@B ?  Does it need to be cleaned as often as every year? Manual says check after first 90 days.  I assume this was done by dealer during dealer prep.. Should I leave it alone if water flow is good?  I am new to this water maintenance and have just finished " sanitation " procedure, but forgot this filter

    If you look inside the door behind the toilet, on the inlet (left) side of the pump you should see a little cup with a clear plastic cap. If you unscrew that cap there is a little steel mesh screen inside the cup that can slide out and be rinsed off. You may need to rotate the cup a little bit to facilitate access.
    The mesh keeps large chunks from being drawn into the pump. Sometimes those chunks include plastic shavings left from the manufacturing process--that's probably why nuCamp recommends an initial check after 90 days. In no way would I assume your dealer would have done this.

    Here are some pictures and descriptions.  My filter is behind the pump, so not all of them look the same.  AND, be careful and don't drop things in the abyss behind the pump!  I usually stuff a towel or a book or something just under the pump in case I drop it.
