About ordering parts

My understanding of the procedure is to get part numbers from nucamp then contact my dealer to order.
Well I have emailed and tried to call on my lunch break but ran out of time.
Not sure I emailed the correct address. Does anyone know the correct or best email address to get parts information?

It may take two or three days to get a response. The two parts employees also were packing and shipping the last I heard.Verna, Columbus, IN
