Question about Alde System

When camping do you let your Alde system run all day for hot water or heat or do you shut down the system when not in your Tab?

    We rarely use it for heat, and only for hot water once or twice a day, so we turn it on only when needed. It heats water pretty well in fifteen minutes or so.
