New T@b owner. So glad I found this forum! DM TaB screen door question

Et al. The installation of the nüCamp screen door on a Dutchman t@b is pretty straightforward. In the Dutchman models, the kitchen countertop is closer to the door opening than in the nüCamp models. To install the screen door on a Dutchman t@b a tiny notch, about 1/2 inch wide, has to be cut out of the countertop next to the wall to allow for the screen door frame to fit. Once completed, the notch is not noticable, looks like it was made that way and can be made nearly invisible with a little well placed color co-ordinated caulk. We worked with the owner of 2 tadas this past Memorial Weekend to help with measurements and how to make the nüCamp screen door installation work. I also remember somewhere here on the forum someone describing just this method of notching the countertop to install the current screen door in their Dutchman t@b.

You will also have to remove a silver trim piece along the floor. The "side" brackets may not have a place to be mounted, but the four corner screws and screws in the floor is sufficient.

You may also have to move over your top cabinet doors, or trim the one closest to your T@B door.

Does anyone know where you can purchase the retractable screen door?
