2008 TaB Water pump problems

I have and old 2008 T@B and love it!!!  I cannot seem to get water pumped from my plastic water tank into my kitchen sink.  I can hear the pump running, but when the faucet is turned on, it just gurgles, with no water coming out.   I have no problem getting city water out my faucet, but problems pumping the tank water.   Any ideas??

    Three things. Do you have the large cap on your 5-gallon jug loose a little bit? Also, there is a filter on your water pump. Make sure that is clear. On the smaller cap, do you still have the tube that goes down into the water jug?

    Mouseketab......Yes the large cap is loose allowing air into the jug.   Yes the smaller cap has a tube going into the water.  I have not changed the filter on the pump...did not know there was one there.   What does it look like and how do I access it??

    It is on the pump unit, just pull it out and clean it.

    Mouseketab.........I found the filter....not easy to see....and it was clean.   Any other ideas??

    There needs to be a gasket between the dip tube flange and the flange for the pump hose to prevent the pump from sucking air.  It helps if the tank is nearly full also to get the pump initially primed.

    Have the same set up in my 2005 TAB ... are the 5 gallon portable plastic water tank still available to buy?
