Maxxair Deluxe

If you are at all on the fence about installing a MaxxAir its really not a difficult mod. It is a bit time consuming but there is nothing technical about it. Its was a bit freaky drilling holes in my T@B but it all went fine. And its so quiet on the low speeds. Well worth it. I picked mine up from Camping world for about $250 during their Labor Day sale.

From the NuCamp factory, the OEM Fantastic fan is not installed using screws . Only butyl tape and sealant . Seems crazy to me, but it holds somehow !
When installing a Maxxair replacement vent fan , there are 16 screw holes that must be drilled to attach it to the roof . There are some pictures showing this in an install thread I posted ......

@Photomom I know its seems crazy to drill hole in your T@B but its really not a big deal and you can be sure it will never come off. There is aluminum around the fan whole that you drill into and screw the fan into.

Wow, I should climb up there and make sure my factory installed Maxxfan was screwed down! Although it has held for 4 seasons...
