New portable solar panels

My 400 connected to my new Zamp 140w portable solar panels. Just used a pigtail connected to the battery terminals to use as a connector. No holes drilled. Easy peasy!

Could you please show more pictures of how you actually made the connection.... We are contemplating making the jump to solar power for charging our batteries and do not have a clue as how to go about it.... Thanks...

Cool! These are not cheep but have good ratings. How long does it take to recharge a battery in good sunlight after a typical night spent in the trailer?

If a 100 watt panel is putting out 60 watts, that means about 5 amps per hour into your battery. (all numbers are imaginary, sorta, maybe, depending, close to, approximate.)

If you had a "typical night" inside the trailer, you might have used 4 amps, maybe. So, it would take you less than an hour (maybe) to bring your battery back to full charge if you were getting 60 watts from the panel.

The math is pretty easy once you get the hang of it, and once you have a good idea of how many amps are being used by what device.
