Protecting T@B Windows from Scratches When Using Trailer Cover

I purchased a new T@B trailer this spring and plan to protect the trailer with a PahaQue trailer cover during the winter. Although I plan to tighten the cover down well, I'm concerned about the possibility of window scratches from wind blowing the cover back and forth. Have any of you experienced window scratches while using the PahaQue cover? Have any of you taken extra precautions to cover the windows before putting the cover on? If yes, I'm looking for your ideas. This is my first T@B forum post; I'm so appreciative to participate in the forum and learn from you.

Plastic is prone to scuffing and scratching. However, the only noticeable marks on my windows were there when I bought the T@B; probably the result of someone dry-wiping dust off the plastic while on the dealer lot.The PahaQue cover is quite snug fitting, and after four winters I can't any detrimental effects from its use.2015 T@B Max S (320)

My T@b 400 also had scratches from delivery, so I used two Meguiar's products to buff out the scratches and detail the windows. They are now perfectly clear. I had good experiences with that cover on my earlier 320 and am not concerned with the cover on the 400. If there are any scuffs, I'll just buff them out again.Rich2019 T@b 400

Search static cling window film. I found some at Walmart in the automotive department or here. Gila Privacy Black Static Cling Residential DIY Window Film No Glue No Adhesive 3ft x 6.5ft (36in x 78in) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000HE57JS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ItoSDbTTKC0QT

@MichiganJan, welcome and congratulations on your trailer! We are entering our 4th winter using the same PahaQue cover and have never had any ill effects to the trailer or windows. We usually don't cover until after Thanksgiving as we squeak in one last weekend before December 1st. A nearby Ohio State Park has utilities and heated bathroom/shower facilities until then. Enjoy the adventure. Happy t@bbing!2017 t@b sofitel(Dr@gonsFly)TV 2015 Silverado 2500hd(Behemoth). Wyandotte, Michigan.

Thanks for your feedback that the PahaQue cover seems to do well without additional window protection, great idea on the static cling window film, and warm welcome from dragonsdofly!
