Norcold frig vent latch replacement

We have a 2018 320S and some of the black clips that hold the refrigerator vent on have broken.  I think I have seen that others have had this problem.  I have it secured with a zip ties and seems to be working fine.  I have made several calls to our dealer asking them to order some clips for me but they haven't gotten back to me.  Has anyone had success getting these from their dealer?  Is there a part number I can ask for?

    Thanks for the photo. I now understand, but you have two other owners who have the part number for you. 

    Give the part number to your dealer. If you still can’t get it from them, there is a list of dealers who will order parts for you and drop ship them to your address.

    You may want to add “checking these latches before towing “ to your list. If they get knocked around and come unlatched your vent cover will fly off in transit. I’ve got one somewhere in Central Washington State on I-90...

    Thank you for all the information related to the Norcold vent latch. One of mine broke this pat weekend. Just ordered a new one
