Road Debris and Mud Flaps

Was looking at this photo and noticed accumulation of snow on the outside leading edges of the TAB. I assume this came from the rear wheels of the TV. The horizontal accumulation appears to have been caused by snow blowing over the roof of the TV. The TAB was snow-free at the start of this leg. Will be installing some mud flaps on the TV rear wheels to mitigate road debris hitting the TAB.

Fully understand.
While not as bad as your T@B I picked up a bit of mess driving I-5 between Eugene OR and Seattle Feb-2019. For now will just plan on extra time at the car wash instead of adding mud flaps. After Clearing Storage Spot & Parking

It is isn't so much the dirt as the beating the tin on the front takes. I have mudflaps on my truck and still get a lot on the trailers, I think it needs to be a serious set up not some whimpy flaps.2019 T@B 400 Boondock Lite

To really stop the issue you probably need to look into this type of hitch mounted guard.

Those weather tech ones look like they may keep some of the junk off the truck, but guessing not so much the trailer. I have a set of these on rear of my truck and still get too much on trailer. https://duraflap.com/
I really think you need a full width heavy duty flap or anti spray brush that basically touches the ground to be effective protection for the trailer2019 T@B 400 Boondock Lite -
Early on I became concerned about the debris the T@B was throwing up on its sides and bottom and added mud flaps to it. Heavy rubber 12x18 truck mudflaps fit perfect and are very effective.
