Dreaded Dinette Cushion - Repurpose

No doubt others may have shared this in the past but thought I'd pass it along anyway. On another thread I shared the "Ooops" moment of opening the rig to find the middle drawer had decided to extricate itself from the cabinet during a trip. Drawer was fine but the glides were kinda messed up!
In getting ready today to take it for a spin and ensure all systems are "Go", I was thinking about how to better ensure the drawers don't change their mind...again. Glanced at the cushion laying on the bed and thought...hmmm? I wonder...
Turns out it fits nice and snug between the galley drawers and the drawer beneath the fridge. Doesn't reach the top drawer but I've not had issues with it and it doesn't have anything heavy in it.
Sure this isn't an orginal thought (folks who know me often say that!) but in case of interest.

Nice. I’m curious - where do you normally store your cushion when in dinette mode?Former T@B 400 owner, now thinking about a 320. 2019 Honda Ridgeline.

I'll keep trying this when travelling. Once camped, I usually move it into the TV so it's out of the way entirely. Sometimes, floats between bed (daytime) and table (at night). Tried using the bathroom if full hook ups but still ended up playing checkers with it through the day.2020 T@B 400 "OTTO" (build date 08/19)

@Michael49 when we're using the table and don't need the extra cushion, we put it at the head of the bed like a weird looking headboard.

That what I have been doing. I like the drawer locking idea when underway2018 TaB400 Custom Boondock, Jeep Gladiator truck, Northern California Coast.

Yeah, it blocks the porthole window, but when camped, fits snuggly here.
I hope I resized this appropriately.
