Search Function Broken? RESOLVED

I haven't been able to use the search function lately. It responds with "Something went wrong..", with no results. Anyone else have this problem? It's such a valuable tool here for finding anything & everything.

Same for me from the search box on the site. I use the Google "site" search method, so I hadn't noticed it.

Type site:tab-rv@vanillacommunity.com alde followed by your search terms.

Example: site:tab-rv@vanillacommunity.com Alde

I’ve had the search failure multiple times in the past week. The site search workaround is slightly more tedious but ultimately works!

I've used the "site" method almost exclusively for a couple of years now. Saved me eons worth of time on the other forum type sites I visit. One of the advantages of using it here on the Tab Forums is I can quickly scan through the images, which will open in the thread that I want to see.

I use Chrome and Firefox on a desktop, and rarely on a phone. When I start typing in the address bar, they remember I have used the word "site" before and they show me a list of my previous searches. I open that search, edit the search term I'm looking for, and I'm on my way. There is no need to type the entire "vanillacommunity" address. I put the search term at the start of the string instead of the end, but the searches work either way.

Yeah, I heard from Vanilla - they fixed it.
