Replacement Drain stopper for Tab 320?

Our drain stopper/strainer fails more than half the time, consequently causing us to waste our fresh water. I tired a 1 &1.5 inch stopper from Amazon but it didn't provide a snug fit. Can anyone suggest a good replacement?

Thanks for the above diagram. That is exactly what we currently have. Are there any tricks to using this properly?

@JP2558, you should just be able to push it down into the drain, so those black "feet" fit into the corresponding slots in the drain.
