How does one turn on alde panel with no electricity...newby here

TB Battery must be connected, turned-on, and have a charge above 12.0 VDC.
When no shore power is available Alde can be set to heat with propane however it will still require a 12VDC input to run the Display Panel, (internal) Pump, and (internal) Combustion fan.'18 320 S, pitched axle, 3020HE; PNW basedTV: '17 Colorado V6 Z71 4x4, Tow Package, GM Brake Controller

That's what I thought ..perhaps my battery is dead! I just returned from a trip but did not use the battery. What is the best way to charge it?
-
Easy method to charge battery is to plug the T@B into Shore Power.
WFCO Power Center has a built-in charger.
You can also charge with a standard car battery charger or with solar panels.
As a Newbie suggest you First Confirm Battery Cut-off Switch is On.
Does your Tanks Status Panel indicate the Battery is On?
When Shore Power is OFF
For KIB style panel pressing Battery Button should light at least one LED,
For SeeLevel panel Battery Button with report battery voltage value.
Knowing your T@B Model and Year would be helpful.Typical T@B 320S Electrical Distribution Diagram

I have a T@aB 320s. Battery is on, no lights of any kind.
If I left my pump in the on position, without being plugged in and not running the pump, would that drain the battery? -
I just plugged T@B into house and the tank monitor reads a 13.6 for batt
-
Too many unknowns to say why all lights are off or what drained battery at this point.
Battery being dead-dead is rare. Since cut-off is in On position.
Suggest you check the 30A in-line fuse connected to the battery positive terminal.
Then check the two lower fuses on the WFCO Power Center DC Panel; the 30A Battery and 40A reverse voltage protection fuses.'18 320 S, pitched axle, 3020HE; PNW basedTV: '17 Colorado V6 Z71 4x4, Tow Package, GM Brake Controller

Ok thanks

Is a 13.6 read low.... plugged into house
-
When plugged into shorepower, the KIB monitor reflects the converter output. The only way to check the battery status is to either turn off the battery switch and use a voltmeter at the battery terminals, or disconnect shorepower and leave the battery switch on.Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

Saravtower said:Is a 13.6 read low.... plugged into houseNope OK, 13.6V would be typical.
If you can hear the WFCO Power Center fan running then the 13.6V reading and fan on is a good indication that the battery is being charged. WFCO fan turns on when high current is needed, as the battery gets full the WFCO fan will turn-off.
Now if you disconnect shore power, what does the SeeLevel read.
If nothing then you have a fuse issue, cut-off switch set wrong, or that very dead battery. Would be helpful to measure voltage at battery as @Sharon_is_SAM noted to confirm battery state before & after running on WFCO charger for a few hours.'18 320 S, pitched axle, 3020HE; PNW basedTV: '17 Colorado V6 Z71 4x4, Tow Package, GM Brake Controller

Thanks for all your help everyone...this is obviously not my area🤓Assume 'by hand' means with a wrench, hand/finger tight will just get loose again.
Use one hand and don't touch anything with other.
Ideally turn-off shore power and cut-off switch . . . then it's just you and the battery . . .'18 320 S, pitched axle, 3020HE; PNW basedTV: '17 Colorado V6 Z71 4x4, Tow Package, GM Brake Controller
