My first “mod”—

I just finished sewing the seat covers I’ve been talking about all summer.
It didn’t require advanced knowledge of current outputs or the ability to work with laser guided woodworking tools— but I’m excited about it! 😊
Sure spruces up the place!

Laser guided tools — scary!  Nice job on the dinette seat back covers.  ;)

Thanks for the kind words! Now on to  bigger projects. (I gotta go calculate some current loads 😉)

We are enjoying this camper in ways I didn’t expect.  I love working on decorating and getting accessories. And the fact that it is small and yet so well equipped makes traveling a breeze. We have always loved to camp but for the first time we are saying-Let’s go for an overnight in the mountains- and we hook up and head out! It’s been a joy.

Love it! I feel exactly the same away about my 400. It's fun planning sensible modifications....like your seat cushions.

Nice! Did you take off the original fabric to make a pattern?

They now have lasers to attach to your sewing machines so you keep a straight line!

@xdr, where did you get the little floor covering how under your dinette table?  Looks nice, and your new cushions are grand.

@Denny16 we got the little rug from Target in the bath and rug section.

@jenniferlzr I used a brown paper sack to create a template to cut the fabric. I sewed sides together to create a slip cover and left the straight vertical sides open. I slid the cushion in and used Velcro to close the open end. This way the cushion covers are easily washable.
