REMOVING UNDER TABLE PANEL TAB 400

My grandkids and wife keep loosing game pieces in the Alde heating slot under the table on our 2019 Tab 400. This is the slot along the front wall under the window and table that has USB and power plug. The trailer is in storage so I don’t have a picture. Can someone share removal process.

I never could find all the pocket screws to remove that panel when I installed my Lagun table. It’s a mystery to me!

You might be able to remove the front panel, but the top is secured from inside, from what I gather. I suggest getting a grill to cover the slot to prevent further loss in there.

I will definitely do a grill once I retrieve all the plastic bits.

@JCALD, if you remove the top plywood on the passenger (door) side, use your camera to take photos to see what you are getting into. There is a wiring harness next to the inside top of the area, plus the Alde heating fin is at the front near or on the floor. It is very tight in there, even for my small hands. Maybe you can get to the area if you take the plywood top off the driver’s side Bench. Then you could work from both directions.

Try using a vacuum. I have fished some crazy kids toys out of the strangest places with a vacuum.

If you can get the side panel off on the pax side, you may be able to use a grabber tool to retrieve the toys from the middle compartment, working from the open side.
