Broken exterior plastic strips

Just purchased a T@B 320 CS-S 2021 30 days ago. So far my husband and I have loved it. But we noticed after getting home from dealer that the plastic stripping was already cracking and broken in some spots. Why would this be? How can we fix it? We tried emailing nucamp warranty a week ago and have not heard back. Does this stripping serve any purpose?

Contact your dealer as well. I would email Warranty again and also email Customer Service.Just an FYI: The black vinyl strips in the keder rails can be removed.Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio
