need help with water pump

in Heating/Plumbing & Winterizing
we are 1st time camper owners.  We purchased a 2005 springdale xl camper in may. We have it on a seasonal lot. 
My husband has been researching how to add the antifreeze. But unfortunately the pump isn't making ANY sounds at all :( 
Does anyone have anymore info we could try. Did we do it wrong ? 
There is a switch on the wall inside the camper for the water pump. We switched it on. And the red light comes on but nothing else happens.

    @sonyag we are an online forum for nüCamp T@B campers. We do not have a knowledge base for other brand name campers. 

    If you could Google your camper, you should be able to find online help for it.

    Your camper is made by Keystone and there are online specs for various year models of it.

    @sonyag - the pump may be 15 years old, so maybe time to replace it.  Since the light turns on, it sounds like you have power.  Typically when the pump turns on you will hear something.  If not, the motor may be fried.  Hope that helps.  I recommend that you buy a TaB😁
