Hello All,

How can you tell if the solar panels are working? I have been unable to find any documentation. Want to make sure they're not just for looks ;-)

    download the victron connect app on your phone.  Then pair with your victron solar controller. If you have a 3 way fridge its located in back of the draw under the fridge.  I have the 2021 400 as well.  Solar was not working until I connected a few wires that Nucamp forgot to connect.  Call nucamp they can walk you through the process if you need help.  Its an easy job that requires you to pull out the radio and a panel in the bathroom.  Its not as bad as it sounds to repair.

    The controller is somewhere under the bed or frig.  You need to download the app VictronConnect and the monitor will display on your phone.  https://www.victronenergy.com/live/victronconnect:start#bluetooth_smart_-_pairing_and_connecting

    Here is how to connect after downloading the VictronConnect app.
    1. Enable the Bluetooth on your phone.
    2. Open VictronConnect, and scan: On a phone or tablet, pull down the screen, or tap the refresh button to initiate a scan. ... 
    3. The first time you attempt to connect the phone will ask to pair with the Victron product. Enter the PIN code. ... 
    4. The connection is complete.
    I think the initial pin code is 000000.

    Also, if you have less than full charge on your battery, just leave the camper in full sun for a few hours. It should bring up the charge to full. 
    Best if the solar panels are directly facing the sun but mine recharged while panels were northward.
