Electrical Connection in Passenger Storage area near battery switch

In the 2020 and 21 tab 400's I see a black "junction box" and what looks like a 2 green wires coming out with a female connection.  Does anyone know what this is for.
It in the storage box on the passenger side stern of camper where it battery kill switch is.

This one?  If so, it is one of the battery fuses. There is a 30 amp (I think!) fuse inside the little plastic box.

There is also a battery circuit breaker somewhere nearby.  Looks like this:

Hmm I wonder if I can use these connections to somehow introduce and outboard Li battery charger to the system?

These DC connections are only on the positive side of the battery.  The AC outlet is for the fridge when plugged into shore power, and would not also run a heavy draw device, without tripping the breaker.

    There's a passenger storage area?
    Is it lockable?   =)
