T@B 400 Door Components

We lost one of the "pins" that work as a hinge for the trash can lid in the door of our 2020 T@B 400. Unable to find a parts number or even manufacturer ID for the door and associated components. Can anyone point us to a source for a replacement for the small, but important part?

The door is sourced from Europe, there is a ID on the front window. That said, nüCamp Customer Service might be able to help. The trash bin on our aTaB 400 was long gone when we got it, plan to replace it with some cargo netting.

We had the same issue after letting our son and wife use our camper. Somehow our son caught the lid with his knee and knocked it off loosing the pin. Fortunately I have a small 3” lath and was able to make a couple of new ones out of aluminum. If you know someone with a lath it is very easy. This also might be a good project for someone with a 3D printer.

That's pretty slick! Don't have a lathe, but it's a good "out of the box" idea that may help us think of a solution not focused on tracking down the exact part. Thanks!

How do those hinge pins mount to the door? Are they just press fitted?
