removable vinyl wallpaper

Has anyone used removable vinyl wallpaper? Any tricks, any warnings? I was thinking shiplap but I don't think I'd like it on the curved areas, just the flat walls. What's your thoughts?

  Just put up this peel-n-stick vinyl backsplash in our Galley.  We will see how it fairs this season, I saved the template and it's so cheap I would put it in again next spring.
